What is ChemAtlas?
ChemAtlas is a scientific platform that integrates data on physicochemical properties, structural identifiers, and pharmacological bioactivity of chemical compounds from authoritative sources: PubChem, ChEMBL, Wikidata, and CAS Common Chemistry.
Technology
The backend is built with FastAPI (Python 3.11) and uses RDKit for structure rendering and molecular descriptor calculation. The database is PostgreSQL via Supabase. The frontend is Next.js 15 with App Router, deployed on Hostinger.
